Flashback in Anderson

Tonight I went to McDonald's on 14th downtown Anderson. I pulled in and they were slammed about 1am. Friday night. Anyways I pulled up and asked how much 100 nuggets costs. Told them I was serious. Ended up getting 120 cause you get 40 for like 10 bucks. So cheap meal to fed alot of people. I pulled around. When I paid I asked for the nugget cook to come to the window. They yelled for a man I believe his name is Kurt... I tipped him 5 because they were so busy. I knew I was gonna get parked. But only for like 5 min! The manager there came to bring the food to the third window.her name is Kimberly Kendall. I was shocked how fast they came. She has to be a hell of a manager to be in a rush like that and still get my food out and correct in a timely manner. That's deff my new nugget stop. Ps and they got it right 👍👍👍😁

McDonalds is good for a quick place to get good food & a quick place to get something when your blood sugar drops to low.

Me and my husband ordered door dash from this location. We had a decent sized order and they forgot nearly half of everything we ordered. We were missing 2 hamburgers, my sandwiches did not have extra pickles, and my husbands quarter pounder did not have bacon on it. All things were ordered, none of the aforementioned were received. Thanks guys. Really great service 🙄

Good friendly environment great coffee and locals come in and yeah in the morning join us at the Mcrib

This visit was perfect. The coke was perfect. The hashbrowns were hot and crunchy and the sandwich was tasty. One of my best visits to a McDonald's

Slowest drive thru, terrible service, terrible food. The last time, my Coke was mixed with another soda. I always have slightly lower expectations at fast food restaurants, but never have I wondered how many different drinks were poured in to my cup. This location provides this extra problem for me. Thanks McDonald's, for your blatant disregard for customer service, even by fast food standards.

Building full of losers who take frequent “smoke” breaks in the parking lot while the drive thru line is wrapped around the building

McDonald's is the best place to go when you're in a rush and you need a good quick bite to eat that fills you up quick and they have the best Coke

It's okay although at times they do mess up your order. I really think that some of the employee need to be retrained

They need to clean their ears out! 2nd time they misunderstood order at drive thru. Burnt sandwiches this time too. Done with mcd’s

Sometimes my visits are great & other times not so much!

Not bad but was very slow to get my order complete. Waited about 18 minutes before I got to head back on the road.

I don't know what goin on with mc Donald's but their food is jus gross in any state smh from the raw burgers to the hair in the food to the cold 🍟 fries I'm so over McDonald's..#IM NOT LOVING IT

They need to be wearing gloves in this time of uncertainty. Neither window associate had on gloves. They were all nice and service was timely.

Okay lemme explain, the food and customer service, great, nothing to be mad about here. However, for a 24 hour fast food joint, I would expect my time spent in the drive-thru to be less than 25 minutes. Thats way too long for any place and if this is to keep up, I'd suggest a sign "25min wait time or more, sorry for the inconvenience, thank you!" would satisfy greatly. On any note, pleasure doin business with ya! Food was fine, had to wait [25min] in line.

Always busy and crowded and they occasionally forget an item..... but they have MINION HAPPY MEALS rn sooo yeaaa 😁❤

Its been a while but i go there with my son we like it.

Can't get orders right. Sandwiches look like they're thrown together by a four year old. Maybe younger - I bet my four year old could actually do better.

I love their sweet tea. The price is good also. The employees are very freindly and they have fast service.

The drive thru crew is very proffessional

Ordered a McDouble with extra pickles, I had a total of 3, on a normal sandwich it comes with 2 pickles! So when you ask for extra pickles make sure it's more than one. Called and got hung up on, called a second time and asked to speak with a manager ( which is who answered) Hannah who is a manager at the one on 14th Street. She has no clue how to be a manager. She couldn't even tell me how many pickles come a McDouble, then was hung up on AGAIN!!!!

I was in the drive thru and whoever (a girl) was taking orders would take two orders in one lane and skip the second. I was in the second lane. She was very snappish. However when I was waiting for them to take my order a completely different lady took my order and both the ladies at each window were very nice. I'm hoping they gave the first girl a good chewing out. This is the McDonald's on 12th Street in Anderson Indiana

They are quick usually the line of short. They don't always get your order right.

Tonight was probably the worst service I have ever had at this restaurant. The kid taking orders at the drive thru spoke so softly that I couldn't hear him and then my order was wrong.

Wanted hash browns with my breakfast sandwich, but they said couldn't do them. Had to settle for french fries. Couldn't see why they couldn't drop hash browns in the fryer, after all they are potatoes too.

Airways busy but very quick and mostly accurate

Fish was great. Fries were greasy

Was parked for 12 minutes. All the food wasn't in the bag. Had to go back around, then given only food missing. Which was 20 minutes later. So all food was cold and ice cream was melted. Lady in drive thru window was rude. Fries were dark brown and cold.

They have the BEST iced coffee with Carmel!!!!

Food was not made right, you pay for extra onions and don't get them and the Fry's was old cold and not done...

Food was fine. 20min line. Took my large order wrong. Also messed up the items in the order. No sauces in nugget happy meals. Had to go back through another 20 min line. NOT happy. Should not have to babysit the ordertaker and my order to make sure it is correct.

Sad to say I got better luck at 53rd McDonald's than here... not to sound fat but I bought 60 nuggets because everyone back home wanted food. So I came here to get some nuggets. Well they ask do u want fresh nuggets. Well duh I want fresh nuggets. I dont live no more than 5 mins away. And the nuggets was old and cold. You can tell they been sitting more than 15 mins in their heater cabinets... wanted to call back but I seen the line they had when I left I knew I wouldnt get a call back. And this isn't the first time getting old food there either. I'm a quite person about things. But seen this review before I'm going to bed....

I am saying this as a doordash driver but with the fact that I had arrived at the location at 1 a.m. and did not receive my order after them repeatedly telling me that it was almost done until 2 a.m. and then them still forgetting part of the order I'm actually very disappointed and pretty upset because the only part of the order that they forgot was for the customers small child. Considering the fact that they are in a busy space they need to make sure that they are adequately staff so that way they can probably take care of what's going on
